  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mix.
  4. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the chicken and brush BBQ sauce on the grilled side. Cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  6. Flip again, add more BBQ sauce, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
