Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
