- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and unwrap them. Brush the BBQ sauce all over the ribs.
- Return the ribs to the grill and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, basting with more sauce, until caramelized.
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
