- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, allowing it to caramelize.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the ribs and serve with additional barbecue sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
