- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt to create a dry rub.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and rub the dry mix all over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the ribs on the grill bone side down and cook for about 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, flipping them halfway through to caramelize the sauce.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

- For a smoky flavor, consider adding wood chips to your grill.
