Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add in red onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
