Instructions
- Rinse the rice and cook it according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft.
- Add black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the skillet.
- Mix in the cooked rice.
- Dice the avocado and tomato, and add them to the mixture.
- Squeeze lime juice over the dish and serve hot.
