Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  3. Add cotija cheese, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
