Instructions

  2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in potatoes and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
