Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in potatoes and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add beans or corn for extra texture.
- Adjust chili powder for preferred spice level.
