- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F if toasting the bagels.
- Slice mini bagels in half and lightly toast them for 2-3 minutes (optional).
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl.
- Spread the mixture on the bottom half of each bagel.
- Layer turkey slices, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes.
- Place the top half of the bagel over the filling.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
