Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels, sliced in half
  • 1/2 lb cooked turkey slices (or your choice of protein)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (or preferred cheese)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F if toasting the bagels.
