Ingredients

- 3 to 4 pounds of chuck roast
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 5 to 6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup of beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Place the chuck roast in a roasting pan.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Add the unsalted butter on top of the roast.
- Place the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
- Pour beef broth into the pan.
- Cover the roasting pan with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for 4 to 5 hours, until the meat is tender.
- Shred the roast with two forks and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the number of pepperoncini for desired spiciness.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or bread.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
