Description

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds of chuck roast
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 5 to 6 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup of beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Place the chuck roast in a roasting pan.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  4. Add the unsalted butter on top of the roast.
  5. Place the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  6. Pour beef broth into the pan.
  7. Cover the roasting pan with a lid or aluminum foil.
  8. Bake in the oven for 4 to 5 hours, until the meat is tender.
  9. Shred the roast with two forks and serve.
