Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Add broccoli to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken and broccoli over rice.
