- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup M&Ms (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate protein powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips and M&Ms (if using) until evenly distributed.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little more honey or a splash of water; if too wet, add more oats or protein powder.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
