- 1/2 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Monster Energy drink (for flavor)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract.
- Add the Monster Energy drink to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to help it firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
