Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the red chocolate melting wafers and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Place the dipped strawberry on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles or edible glitter before the chocolate sets.
