Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Add cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Serve the egg bake with toasted bread.
