- 2 cups Vanilla Cake
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk

- 2 cups Whipped Cream
- 2 cups Fresh Berries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
- Once the cakes are cooled, frost the top of one cake layer with whipped cream, then place the second layer on top and frost the top and sides of the cake.
- Decorate with fresh berries on top and around the sides for a beautiful finish.
