Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup buttercream frosting
  • 1 cup chocolate candy melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Bake the cake in a rectangular pan for 30 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. Crumble the cooled cake in a bowl and mix with buttercream frosting.
  6. Form the mixture into popsicle shapes and insert sticks.
  7. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  8. Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  9. Dip each cakesicle in the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  10. Decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
