  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes and green beans around the chicken in the baking dish.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the vegetables and chicken.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
