Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and milk, and mix well.
- Stir in flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and top with strawberries and whipped cream.
Notes
- Use any seasonal fruit as a topping.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day ahead.
