Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs before serving.
