  • Sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. If desired, immediately sprinkle the strawberries with sprinkles or chopped nuts before the chocolate sets.
  6. Once all strawberries are dipped, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
