- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for smoothness)
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with decorations if desired, before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
