A simple and traditional naan bread recipe that you can make at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add warm water and yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into equal balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- For a softer naan, add more yogurt.
- Serve with curry or your favorite dip.
- You can add garlic or herbs for extra flavor.
