- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refried beans

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions, typically adding water and simmering until thickened.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.
- Spread refried beans over the chips, then top with the seasoned ground beef.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the beef and chips.
- Add jalapeños on top of the cheese according to your heat preference.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with sliced olives and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
