- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, cocoa powder, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a thick batter.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop out small portions of the batter and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
