Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the lemon mixture.
  5. Pour filling over the crust. Top with blueberries.
  6. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
