- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the lemon mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust. Top with blueberries.
- Chill for 4 hours before serving.
