- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and melted butter until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler, then spread over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
