A refreshing and easy no-bake mint dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring if using.
  5. Spread the mint mixture over the crust in the pan.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
