Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring if using.
- Spread the mint mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
