- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the filling into the crust and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
