  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 2 limes (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 30 seconds.
