- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil, then coat with the honey garlic mixture.
- Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet.
