Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in the pan and brown on both sides.
- Add garlic, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes to the pan.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the top.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Check the chicken for doneness and garnish with parsley before serving.
