Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning. Cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in pasta, beef broth, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use any pasta type you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
