Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Stir in pasta, beef broth, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Serve hot.
