- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, pasta, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
