- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add pasta, broccoli, and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 12 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
