Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add pasta, broccoli, and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 12 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot.
