Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (any type)
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in vegetable broth and heavy cream, then stir in thyme and rosemary.
- Bring to a simmer and add pasta. Cook until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta you prefer.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more broth if needed.
- Fresh herbs can replace dried ones for a stronger flavor.
