Ingredients

- 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
- 300g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Add pasta and stir to coat with the garlic butter.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
- Return steak to the skillet, mix well, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle parmesan and parsley, then serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for better texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for preferred spice level.
- Let steak rest before slicing for juicier results.
