Description

A rich and flavorful one-pot dish combining tender steak with creamy pasta, spiced with garlic and butter for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
  • 300g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  4. Add pasta and stir to coat with the garlic butter.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
  7. Return steak to the skillet, mix well, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle parmesan and parsley, then serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for better texture.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for preferred spice level.
