- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add cooked ravioli, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
