Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak slices with salt and pepper. Cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened.
  6. Return cooked pasta and steak to skillet. Toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
