A delicious and easy one-skillet pasta dish featuring juicy steak, spicy garlic butter, and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak slices with salt and pepper. Cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened.
- Return cooked pasta and steak to skillet. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for preferred spice level.
