  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, orange juice, and zest. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, salt, and cinnamon. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread butter, sugar, and cinnamon over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and orange juice for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
