Description
Oreo cheesecake balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Chill until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for dipping.
