Description

Oreo cheesecake balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Chill until the chocolate is set.
