Delicious and easy-to-make Oreo cheesecake balls.
Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies (15.5 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use any leftover crushed Oreos for topping.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
