Delicious individual Oreo cheesecake cookie cups that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- 24 Oreo cookies
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
- Crushed Oreo pieces (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Place one Oreo cookie at the bottom of each liner.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture over the Oreo cookies in the liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreo pieces before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
- Chill the cups thoroughly before serving for best texture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
