- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 Oreo cookies (chopped, for filling)
- Additional Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter, then press into the pan to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with additional Oreo cookies before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 1 hour before serving.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
- Let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
