- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
- 8 oz, softened cream cheese
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- for garnish sprinkles or crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed Oreos for decoration.
- Refrigerate the Oreo cream cheese balls until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
