- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Brush tortillas lightly with vegetable oil on both sides.
- Place tortillas in a baking dish, slightly overlapping.
- Spread cooked beef evenly over tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas crisp.
- Top with diced tomatoes, onions, and sour cream before serving.
