- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them, making sure each piece is well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
