- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and brush the olive oil mixture over each fillet.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
