- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, soak chicken wings in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove wings from buttermilk and coat with the flour mixture.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray wings lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
Notes
- You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
