Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll into a log and cut into slices.
- Place in a greased pan and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese for frosting and drizzle over rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste.
- You can add raisins or nuts if desired.
