Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Roll into a log and cut into slices.
  7. Place in a greased pan and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese for frosting and drizzle over rolls.
